A SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR FOUNDERS

You build the company.
We back each other.

Your next customer. A warm investor introduction. The hire you haven’t found yet. Surround yourself with founders who can help — and bring something to the table for them.

Give support. Ask for support. Move forward together.

YOUR NEXT STEP MIGHT START HERE
“Who’s hiring their first salesperson?”
“I know someone. Let’s talk.”
Different companies. In each other’s corner.
Your ambition.A community in your corner.WELCOME TO CUEFOUNDER

01 / HELP THAT MOVES THE COMPANY FORWARD

Real asks.
People who can help.

A conversation is the beginning. The value is what happens next: a customer call, a thoughtful introduction, a better decision, or someone rolling up their sleeves with you.

01 / CUSTOMERS

Find your next customer.

Get feedback from the right people, ask for introductions, or become another founder’s first customer when there’s a fit.

02 / INVESTORS

Make the warm introduction.

Compare investor notes and offer introductions with the consent of everyone involved.

03 / HIRING

Connect someone great.

Know someone who would thrive on another founder’s team? Help the right people find each other.

04 / SALES

Work through the hard part.

Pressure-test a pitch, rethink pricing, or get a second pair of eyes on how you’re reaching customers.

05 / ADVICE

Borrow a little experience.

Learn from a founder who has faced a similar decision. Offer your own experience when it’s useful.

06 / EACH OTHER

Have someone in your corner.

Build friendships too. Share a win, talk through a setback, and make the journey feel a little less solitary.

# customersA GLIMPSE INSIDE · ILLUSTRATIVE

We’re building onboarding software for small teams. Does anyone know a founder hiring their first five people who might give us honest feedback?

Happy to help with your customer interviews in return.

That’s us right now. Let’s book a call — I can try it with our next hire.

Every good conversation starts somewhere.

A SIMPLE EXPECTATION: SHOW UP FOR EACH OTHER

Ask for something real.

A customer introduction, a pitch review, a hiring lead. Give someone a clear way to help you.

Offer what you have.

Your experience, your network, your feedback, or your business. Small acts can change another founder’s week.

Build a real relationship.

Have the conversation. Follow through on the introduction. There’s a person behind every ask.

02 / HOW YOU BECOME PART OF IT

Come with an ask.
Come ready to give.

We’re starting with a small, reviewed community. The point is to build a support system people can count on.

  1. 01

    Sign in and introduce yourself.

Verify your email. Tell us what you’re building, where you need help, and what you can offer another founder.

  2. 02

    Get approved and join.

We review applications as the community grows. Your private member page holds your status and, once approved, your Buzz invite.

  3. 03

    Show up for another founder.

Have at least one founder sync. Offer meaningful support to at least one other founder. Start a relationship, then follow through.

THE COMMUNITY COMMITMENT

A support system only works
when we show up.

01

Have at least one sync
with another founder.

Make time to understand what someone else is building. A real conversation is where useful support starts.

02

Offer support to at least
one other founder.

Make an introduction. Try their product. Share a lesson. Help with a specific problem. Bring what you can.

These are the starting commitments for every member. Build relationships by showing up and following through.

JOIN THE FOUNDING COMMUNITY

Someone needs
what you can offer.

And someone may have the perspective, connection, or first customer you’ve been looking for.

Start with your email.

Sign in, share your ask and your offer, and apply to join. We’re reviewing founders as we grow the pilot.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
pull up a chair.

Who is CueFounder for?

Founders who want to help each other build companies. You might be looking for your first customers, raising money, hiring, or figuring out sales. Be willing to ask honestly and contribute to someone else’s progress.

How do I join the conversations?

Sign in with your email and complete your support profile. Once approved, your member page will show a private invite. Download the Buzz desktop app, create your identity, and open your CueFounder invite link. Chat lives at founders.cuefounder.ai; cuefounder.ai introduces the community. Your website sign-in and your Buzz identity are separate.

https://founders.cuefounder.ai

Keep your Buzz identity key in a password manager. You’ll need it to restore your identity on another device. The community address alone does not grant membership.

Can I chat from my browser or phone?

The pilot starts with the Buzz desktop app. We haven’t validated a production browser chat or mobile experience, so we’re not offering those as supported joining paths yet.

Is this a place to promote my startup?

Share your progress and ask for feedback in the relevant rooms. Lead with a conversation and be helpful. Unsolicited pitches, scraped contact lists, and mass DMs don’t belong here. Read our community guidelines.

Where does the community live?

CueFounder self-hosts a forked version of Buzz on Hetzner. We’re building on it and will add updates for this founder community. Membership is invite-only. Treat conversations as shared with the people in the room; don’t post credentials or sensitive personal information.
