# A week of showing up

The commitment is simple: at least three meetings with other community founders, and one meaningful act of support, every week. Put the time in the calendar before the week fills up.

## Plan the conversations

- **Meeting 1:** [founder], [time], [one question I want to discuss].
- **Meeting 2:** [founder], [time], [a problem we can work through].
- **Meeting 3:** [founder], [time], [a topic or experience to compare].

Agree on a time that works for both people. Keep the meeting useful to both of you. A calendar invitation alone is not a completed conversation.

## Choose one useful action

- Who needs help?
- What did they actually ask for?
- What can I realistically do this week?
- When will I deliver it?

Useful actions might include reviewing a sales email, trying a product and sharing specific feedback, making a consented introduction, or referring a candidate who wants the introduction.

## End-of-week reflection

- Which conversations happened?
- What did I learn?
- What support did I deliver?
- What follow-up did I promise?

Keep your notes private unless the other founder agrees to share them. This planner helps you follow through; it is not an automated attendance or verification system.
